Technical features

The base is made of SBR recycled rubber, which is not only vibration-damping but also waterproof and UV-resistant. This makes it ideal for use in variable environments where proper damping and stability are essential.

The design was developed according to international standards and withstands temperatures between -40 °C and +80 °C. Devices, pipes, and ventilation ducts are securely mounted to the 41 x 22 mm aluminum profile strip using the included screw set.

Materials and workmanship

Our damping bases are manufactured from high-quality SBR recycled rubber bonded with a moisture-curing polyurethane prepolymer (BS7188:1989+A2:2009). This combination guarantees consistently high quality and durability, even under demanding conditions.

The aluminum metal profile is not only robust but also compatible with strut fixings. This allows for the secure and flexible mounting of a wide variety of installations, enabling seamless integration into existing systems.
